We will gladly return unworn, unused items within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Custom products, such as jerseys, or personalized products may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
All products purchased online will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS delivers Monday through Friday and upon request, will deliver on Saturday for an additional fee. All orders placed monday through Friday, before 12pm PST, will be processed within 3 business days of the order being received. PROCESSING PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO EXPRESS ORDERS. If there should be any circumstance beyond the carrier's control such as weather, natural disasters, etc. it may delay a delivery. These situations do not allow us to refund shipping costs.

International Shipping
All products being shipped internationally require the receiver of goods to pay duty, taxes and brokerage fees applicable to the nation that is receiving the package. These charges come from the receiving country and vary based on the size and contents of the package as well as its destination country. By ordering from our store, all international customers agree to pay any applicable fees.
Standard UPS Ground shipping to Canada is $12, plus duty, taxes and brokerage fees.
Other countries require International Shipping at a cost of $60, plus duty, taxes and brokerage fees.

Is there Sales Tax on my purchases?
Effective July 1st 2008 sales tax within the State of Washington is based on where the product is being shipped. Each city/county has its own rate and at the time of processing, this rate will be applied. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable local sales tax.

Caring for your Sounders Jersey
To ensure the life of your Sounders Jersey, Please hand wash your jersey with a delicate soap and hang to dry. Do not put your jersey in the washing machine or dryer. Please note that the instructions on the inside tag of your jersey are for the jersey prior to the numbers being sewed on or heat pressed. Hand washing and hanging your jersey to dry will maintain the life and quality of your jersey.
